My passion lies in empowering individuals to take control of their health through nutrition, lifestyle changes, and holistic practices. I have personally reversed diabetes for myself and my family through mindful dietary choices, supplementation, and sustainable habits. This experience has fueled my mission to guide others toward disease prevention, improved well-being, and a more vibrant life.

With over 22 years of experience in Massage Therapy and 16 years of teaching in higher education, seven of which were dedicated to human anatomy and physiology—I bring a deep understanding of the human body and holistic wellness to my coaching practice. My academic journey has equipped me with a diverse skill set, holding degrees in Massage Therapy, Health and Wellness, Nutrition, and a Master's in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
